    Submit your payment and confirm you have clearance from the head coach or athletic director to ensure my name is on the media list. Without clearance, your booking may be canceled.

    Step 3: Game Day Coverage
    Upon arrival, I will text you to let you know I have arrived. Please make sure to communicate any timing updates or cancellations.

    Step 4: Image Delivery & Prints
    Within 48 hours, I’ll publish a private online gallery where parents, players, coaches, and club officials can:
    - Download high-quality digital images
    - Purchase prints, picture books, wall art, and more—delivered directly to you.

How do I book game day coverage for my child or team?

Do you offer team highlight videos?

I do! You can add a team highlight reel to your booking for an additional fee. It’s a great way to celebrate the full game experience.

You’ll receive a gallery of 75–100+ high-resolution images, professionally edited and delivered within 3–5 business days.

Do I need to get approval from the team?

Yes! Please make sure your coach or AD knows a photographer is coming and can grant field or sideline access. I also need to be added to the media list or receive a ticket for smooth entry.

Can I split the $350 game fee with other parents?

Yes! If you and a group of parents split the fee, please make sure to note in the form which athletes I need to cover. I also offer a single-player quarterly subscription if that is of interest.

Can you travel outside of Atlanta?

Yes, I travel throughout Georgia. A small travel fee may apply depending on distance. Let’s chat!
